Is this the same as the AI Chat Assistant?+
No. The chat assistant answers any question about your business. The booking form is built for taking bookings, with a small AI helper for booking questions only. Many businesses use both on the same website.
Can a booking be cancelled?+
Yes. Your team can cancel or add bookings from your private bookings page. With Google Calendar or Outlook connected, the visitor gets the calendar's cancellation.
Is the price really fixed?+
Yes, for the standard setup: your appointment types, questions, calendar and lead alerts. Connections to unusual CRMs or special workflows are quoted separately.
